People's Care Behavioral Health is proud to be a member of the Council of Autism Service Providers. The Council of Autism Service Providers supports our members by cultivating, sharing, and advocating for provider best practices in autism services. CASP is committed to promoting the use of evidence-based practice (EBP) for the clients served by our member organizations. To date, Applied Behavior Analysis has the strongest evidence for supporting persons on the Autism Spectrum. EBP in Applied Behavior Analytic service delivery entails the integration of clinical expertise, the best research evidence for delivering behavioral intervention, and well-articulated ethical standards. The best research evidence comes from sound experimental methodology that demonstrates functional control of teaching or clinical procedures over target behavior.

Kelly (McKinnon) Bermingham, MA, BCBA # 1-03-1368, Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President of People’s Care Behavior Health, Kelly is dedicated to the mission, vision and core values of People’s Care and dedicated to providing unparalleled compassionate care, with exceptional quality and greater access to care for families and children. Kelly has over 25 years of working with adults and children with autism and developmental disabilities including autism. She is a published author including a book, Social Skills Solutions found on Amazon. She has published several blogs with Autism Speaks, and her work has been published in the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders and has a podcast. She has passion in the areas of supporting parents and professionals working with children with autism to promote safety, kindness, and having a happy and healthy life.
She loves hiking, going to the beach and spending time with her family and going to Furcon events with her stepdaughter.
Lyndsi Patton, MA, BCBA # 1-13-13354, Vice President
As Vice President of People’s Care Behavior Health, Lyndsi orchestrates services provided by a team of incredibly dedicated professionals. She and her team strive to treat their People’s Care families as they do their very own. Lyndsi has over 19 years of experience working with adults and children with developmental disabilities including autism. She has been with People’s Care for 7 years. She has a passion for helping children find their own special interests, value-based interventions, and the effects of health and physical activity on treatment outcomes. She is proud to be a part of a team that exemplifies her verve for navigating the complex world of autism and improving quality of life as it is defined uniquely by each family and client.
Lyndsi loves surfing, diving, biking and playing outdoors in general.
As Clinical Manager at People's Care Behavioral Health, Antoinette, “Toni” oversees the High Desert area including the cities of Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Adelanto, and Barstow. She has over 15 years experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities including autism. The past 7 years spent working at PCBH as a therapist, Assistant Clinical Supervisor, and ultimately Clinical Manager. As a parent and grandparent herself, Toni treats her clients, families, and team with the same care and respect she does her own. Her passion and commitment to the children we serve in homes and schools across the high desert stems from her own experiences as the parent of a child with unique special needs. It is her mission that every child has a voice, and every parent has a compassionate ally in their child's successes.
Toni's hobbies are singing, boating, cooking, and spending as much time with her grandson as possible.
As a Clinical Manager of People’s Care Behavioral Health, Makoto oversees the Riverside/San Bernardino team with professional and trusted relationships. Makoto has a total of 16 years of working with adults and children with developmental disabilities including autism. He has been with People’s Care for 10 years. Makoto believes that even small interaction with a child can impact their lives and his goal is to provide each child continuous positive interaction through the ABA services. Makoto has published several books on the topic of ABA, including The ABA Visual Language found on Amazon
Makoto enjoys hiking, fishing and riding a bicycle with his family.
As a Clinical Manager at People’s Care Behavior Health, Catherine Maldonado oversees the Los Angeles area including San Gabriel Valley. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities including autism. Catherine has a passion for teaching play, social skills and caregiver training. She has worked at People’s Care in various roles for over 7 years and has found a new interest in using the principles of applied behavior analysis within her management role.
Catherine’s hobbies and interests include camping and hiking with her family, art and collecting vintage.
As the Clinical Manager of People’s Care Behavior Health, Nida oversees a passionate team of clinicians and therapists in San Diego County and Temecula regions whose number one priority is providing the highest quality of client-centered care for the clients and families they serve. Nida has over 12 years of experience working with adults and children with developmental disabilities including autism. She has been with People’s Care for 6 years. She is especially passionate about delivering value-based, culturally competent, and empathetic approach to treatment design and individualizing treatment programs for the unique needs and values of each of the families she and her team serves in order to help them to become as independent as possible...
Nida’s hobbies and interests include hiking, biking, drawing, painting, and baking/cooking.

Estela has been with of People’s Care Behavior Health, since 2014. She is passionate about her work and the experience parents have from the moment they reach out to us and throughout their journey with our team. Her hobbies include baking, reading, painting, rock climbing, cycling, traveling and being with her family.
